- candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Engineering with at least 2 years of related experience in desktop support
- knowledge in MS Office/ MS Access (Win 7.0, Win XP, Win 2003/8)
- knowledge in Oracle, Informix, Sybase, SQL Server
- knowledge in the following OS: Linux, Unix, NT/2000
- fluent in English
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- good understanding of TCP/IP networking
- good communication and organizational skills
- must be okay to work on a night shift
