Software Testing manager
at Company Confidential (Anywhere)
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
- Must have at least 2 years of experience testing software applications with frequent release cycles
- 4-8 years of relevant or related work experience in software QA/Process/Metrics
- With at least 1 year of lead or manager position
- Experience in developing/testing complex C3 software system
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server database
- Experience in Six Sigma process and a Blackbelt is a plus
- Must have strong technical and analytical skills
- proficient in data collection and reporting of metrics
- Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
- Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig
- Full time positions available
