QA Manager
at Computer Professionals Inc. in San Juan
1. With 5-10 years experience in IT industry and with at least 5 years strong QA testing experience and 3 years Team Lead/QA Management/Project Management experience.
2. Experience and knowledge in Project Management Methodologies, QA Testing, Methodologies and Strategies (i.e. GUI, Datawarehouse, Reports, etc), Automated Testing Tools(e.g. Mercury)
3. Expertise on different types of testing: system, integration, performance/load/stress UAT
4. Know-how in QMG, Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Risk Management and PMO.
5. Good oral and written communication skills in English.
6. Capabilities includes
a.Writing technical and functional documentations
b.Doing presentations or project plans and designs to a management audience
c.Engaging business and technical people in meaningful discussions on technology
7. Good Leadership and people skills.
