Microsoft VB.NET Team Lead

Job Description:
• Leading a team of software engineers
• Designing and developing solutions required for complex application features
• Contribute in providing high-level technical options that may span multiple systems
• Participate in identifying high-level system impacts
• Work with team in translating high-level requirements into detailed designs
• Contribute to technical estimation process
•Create or maintain documentation relating to application development
• Performing unit testing and some functional testing
REQUIREMENTS:
• Handled a team of software programmers for a minimum of 3 years
• Experience with Microsoft Development platform and the following technologies: Visual Basic.NET, MS SQL Server and T-SQL, Visual Basic 6 and XML concepts including XSD
• Exposure to Information Technology with knowledge in Object-Oriented Analysis, Object-Oriented Design and Object-Oriented Programming
• Proven willingness to quickly learn custom enterprise applications
• Proven ability to code and debug multi tier enterprise application front to back
• Work well in a team environment
• Be self-starter with excellent communication and problem solving skills
