ASP.NET Part Time Programmer

We need someone to help us out with the maintenance of our e-commerce site and also the development of new features.
The successful candidate should have extensive experience with ASP.NET in VB and SQL Server 2000 development and administration. C# is a plus. E-commerce experience is a plus.
Candidate should be hard working and passionate about his work.
There are lots more technologies that we use but they can be learned. Candidate should be able to trace application code and determine how things fit into place. There is little to no documentation for the website.
This is a work-from-home requirement. The candidate should have access to high speed internet.
Please include desired salary for a 15-20 hr a week part time position.
