full time Solutions Sales Manager

at ACG Human Capital Solutions Corporation in Makati City

Responsible for :

  • Leading a technical team to position and drive the solution(s) with a specific market. (e.g. 2/3G, transport, Metro Ethernet).
  • Also performs duties as individual contributor on strategic accounts or opportunities.
  • Articulate unique business value in the defined space from service provider’s perspective.
  • Support account teams with tier 2 technical expertise in the specified product portfolio as well as network architectures.
  • Lead pre-sales (and assist post-sales when required) activity in the design, build and delivery of networks for specified architectures.
  • Be considered a subject matter expert and utilize expertise in positioning solutions and products.
  • Position new products, strategy and vision for the company
  • Interface with Marketing, Commercial Mgmt and Product House for business case development.
  • Perform analysis of network plans developed by the customer (or SSE) and provide recommendations on viability, implementation strategies, and other options as applicable.

Core Competency

  • Develop and deliver strong, persuasive arguments and solutions supporting recommendations.
  • Strong presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate strategic vision based on customer requirements.
  • Understanding of the markets they support and services deployment strategies.
  • Ability to assess customer’s current network design in light of future solution and architecture integrating both the company and other vendor equipment in customer’s network.
  • Ability to act in leadership role working at all levels of the customer organization to position solutions.
  • Attention to detail, complex decision-making, meeting deadlines, and strong analytical skills.

Technical knowledge, skills and experience
Working knowledge in the following areas:

  • Expert understanding and experience of specific technologies –data (IP, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, or Mobile backhaul)
  • Able to construct alternative network designs based on best use of technology, network optimization, and cost
  • Demonstrated understanding of competitive environment, differentiating between competitive solutions and and how to position to overcome obstacles
  • In-depth understanding of carrier networks
  • Segment specific technology platforms
  • Expertise in network design and associated tools
