Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• In-depth OS experience for relevant servers – Linux (RHEL 5.0) & Windows 2003
• Knowledge of profiling (CPU / Memory / thread etc. ) techniques & tools (Nagios / MRTG etc.)

• Understanding of WWW systems (load balancers / proxies / SSL / HTTP / FTP etc.)
*Strong scripting (Python/Perl/Groovy) skills for managing repetitive tasks (log processing / email alerts etc. )
• Familiarity with Tomcat/MySQL/Oracle applications and ability to set these up, and maintain them, including support tasks like backups / restores and clustering
• Capacity to direct & mentor others in these areas
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Good time / task manager who is able to set a schedule and deliver to that
• Pro-active problem solver who will seek out issues in order to improve the environment
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
