Home-based Web Developer in the Philippines Needed

Overview:
Hyperlink Web, LLC (headquartered in Boston, USA) is in need of a work-from-home web developer to perform and work with another Filipino programmer on a series of projects involving intermediate to advanced programming tasks. Projects vary from blogs to directory websites, meaning advanced programming skills are required for this position. If interested, read on.

GoDaddy Hosting Platform
Gmail/Google docs
Skype for video conferencing
Dropbox for file sharing
Jing for screen capture/instructions
Programmer Requirements:
College graduate, with at least 2 years programming experience
Knowledge of major programming languages and programming tools (HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, AJAX, PHP, MYSQL)
Knowledge in creating, editing, and slicing images (Photoshop, Corel, GIMP, etc)
Good English vocabulary; ability to work independently, meet deadlines, send daily reports, organize files, and be on-call during weekends.
Reliable ISP (preferably Globelines, Bayantel, Sky, or PLDT DSL)
Portfolio of accomplished projects
Start: Immediately
Type/Duration: Project-based, but if deadlines are met, expect long-term work with us.
Payment method: Xoom/Paypal (whichever you prefer) (weekly/biweekly remittances)
