A US-based company is looking for a web designer with excellent design skills on Photoshop and HTML and CSS. This is a part-time, telecommuting position that will be used in an on-call capacity without any specific hours. This person will do designs for in-house clients and should be able to modify/enhance an existing HTML by using CSS.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Create a good and innovative design layout concept and convert it to HTML and CSS with interface for websites and web applications.
• Have expertise on Photoshop and Dreamweaver
• Utilize web design standards and best practices
• Test the website for functionality.

• Work with programmers and quality assurance experts as required by other projects.

Qualifications:

• Excellent visual design skills.
• Proficient in Photoshop, HTML and CSS
• can work on several projects concurrently and as part of a team or individually with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience designing websites with information architecture and usability desired.
