Responsibilities:
-Ensure E-commerce applications development team members' skill sets match those required for current and upcoming projects
-Provide strategy for ensuring E-commerce applications development team members' skill sets match company and project requirements
-Determine if E-commerce applications development team member capacity matches company and project requirements
Lead effort in defining, improving, communicating and enforcing department procedures
-Ensure regular architecture and code reviews are being held
-Ensure E-commerce applications development team members are following department procedures
-Work with E-commerce applications development team management to determine proper resources to allocate to projects
-Validate E-commerce applications development team members are properly tracking and communicating their time spent on OPEX and CAPEX projects
Verify E-commerce applications development team members are meeting their project deadlines
