Automation Analyst for Mainframe
at Ayala systems Technology GBR Dept. in Quezon City
Responsibilities:
Programming and automation of mainframe processes and tasks with tools like AF/Operator,
OmegaView, OmegaMon and AF/Remote, REXX, List, POVI, CMS and CA-NetMaster for File Transfer.
Coordination and implementation of business projects, which require automation.
Support of the mainframe automation.
New automation solution design and implementation.
Develop and maintain process control procedures to be followed by the Mainframe automation unit.
Participate in various Global initiatives.
Provide 24 X 7 supports for Mainframe Automation and Support Continuity of Business.
Meeting the software compliance, audit requirement.
Ensure compliance to Citigroup Information Technology Management Policies and Standards.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information
Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or
equivalent. Job role in Software Engineer/Programmer or System Analyst.
5 Full-Time Project Based position available.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years of working experience on Mainframe with a basic degree.
At least 1-2 years on mainframe automation.
Good problem identification and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
The candidate should have in-depth system zOS.
This is a 24x7 production support team and candidates must be willing to work evenings and weekends
Good skills on MVS, JES2, SMS, SMP/E, RACF, SDSF, SMF, WLM, TSO/ISPF, HCD, RMF, VSAM,
Assembler/370, REXX, CLIST, Abend-Aid, COBOL, C, DB2, CICS, C++, AF/Operator, OmegaMon,
OmegaView.
The candidate should also be able to take late night Global calls and participate in global initiatives.
