Mainframe Ops Centric Systems Programmer
at Ayala systems Technology GBR Dept. in Quezon City
Responsibilities:
Plan, Install and maintain 3rd Party Software in compliance with internal processes with minimal
disruption to services.
Interface with Vendors to co-ordinate and resolve software bugs.
Provide technical support to both systems development and data center operations personnel.
Perform tuning on Software Products for Optimization and better efficiency.
Assist in evaluating, recommending, acquiring, and installing new hardware and software.
Keep current on hardware and software developments.
Maintain and Enhance standards and procedures.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information
Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job
role in Software Engineer/Programmer or equivalent.
4 Full-Time Project Based position available.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3-5 years of working experience on Mainframe technical support in the areas of change
management, JCL standards enforcement, job scheduler, and report management and distribution.
Good problem identification and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
The candidate should have in-depth system zOS knowledge.
This is a 24x7 production support team and candidates must be willing to work evenings and weekends
