a. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any IT Related fields.
b. Proficient in English, oral and written as well as demonstrated analysis and troubleshooting skills
c. At least 3 years of experience in developing data-driven web applications and e-commerce solutions using Microsoft's .Net technology.
d. Advanced knowledge in VB.Net 2003/2005, MS SQL 2000/2005, ASP.Net 1.1/2.0+, Web Development (HTML/XHTML, CSS,Javascript), and Windows applications/services.
e. Experience in Visual Studio, T-SQL, XML, and ADO.Net
f. Familiarity in classic ASP, C#, ASP.Net 2.0, Visual Studio 2005, OOP is a plus.
g. Experience in full software development lifecycle and project documentation
h. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required
i. Microsoft Certifications and e-Commerce experience is a plus
j. Commitment to detail, quality and customer focus
