TRANSITION SPECIALIST (SAP FICO)

Minimum Requirements/ Experience:
• SAP Finance and Controlling "senior / expert" skill set ?
• Conversion/ Upgrade from EEC-5.0 to ECC-6.0 version of SAP Finance and Logistics (FI/LO) ?
• Conversion/ Upgrade from SAP "classic G/L" to "New G/L" ?
• Strategy experience in Finance area moving towards IFRS finance legal reporting in 2013. ?
• Electronic Funds Transfer (Citibank processing)
Job Description: To effectively design reusable, flexible components of a SAP R/3 FI/CO, General Ledger, AP/AR, Tax and other financial applications. SAP Business Warehouse (BW) a plus. Incumbent will also ensure QA/QC compliance to standards and guidelines of designs, build and test of all other resources in area. This role is accountable to the development manager for high quality development and testing of the design components, and effective communication on status of work products. This job is an independent contributor, and technically proficient in SAP FI/CO, G/L, AP/AR, Tax and SAP-BI.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop logical data model based on business requirements in order to determine the completeness of the information and process components (e.g., Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Models). ?
• Design physical database, data integrity rules or storage requirements to physically implement the logical data model. ?
• Consult with solution project teams in order to develop a solution design which is compliant with the architecture and standards of the Company. ?
• Design and develop test plans (e.g., test objectives, test cases, test data, test scripts) for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing in order to ensure the solution meets the business requirements. ?
• Perform system and integration testing including the functionality, performance and fit to ensure that it meets the original requirements and works within the defined constraints. ?
• Ensure quality with 3rd party providers performing any task above. Solution Architect will operate as the technical lead for QA/QC supporting the Delivery Manager and matrix diverse resource development teams. ??
