PART TIME JOBS: Front End Developer
at Remote Staff- Think Innovations Pty. Ltd (Anywhere)
Looking to work from home? Look no further! We have a client who is in need of FRONT END DEVELOPER!
Our client owns a company that is dedicated to providing Childcare providers with technological solutions to everyday tasks. The company was founded in 2006 and is based in Sydney, Australia. Currently the business is focus on website development while building up capability around larger service based sites.
This is an opportunity to work in a company that genuinely cares about user experience. The client’s website should be seen as an example of good web design. Users should find visiting the site easy to use and artistically beautiful.
Possible work schedule: 7AM - 11AM MNL timezone or 12PM - 4PM MNL timezone
Skill(s) / Requirements
-Candidate must have the right working attitude
-Must be creative and can think quickly
-Must be passionate about making web designs that make the internet a more appealing place. One that puts user first.
-A strong desire to learn, expand and develop your skills
-Experience with Joomla will be an advantage.
-A preference for self-coding HTML and CSS rather than using a tool such as Dreamweaver.
-The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
-Understanding of HCI (human computing interaction) and know how to design and construct a UI (user interface) to allow clear navigation.
Responsibilities
-Develop front-end designs in photoshop
-Create W3C compliant HTML and CSS web designs
-Train and research in best-practice user interface techniques
-Support a back-end PHP development team member
