Technical Lead
Job Description
• Leads a team of developers with developing application architecture. Provides direction to development team in designing, developing and testing applications. Looks after the team in its tasks to implement mock-ups, prototypes and production systems. Provides advice, information on technology tools and platforms. Mentors other developers.
• Provides technical management oversight of all technical activities and team. Creates work architectures, and project plans for technology deliverables. Advises on roles and staffing requirements. Conducts technology team status/review meetings and code reviews. Overall responsibility for technical implementation.
Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related courses
• Candidate must have 5 years of working experience using Java
• Candidate must have object oriented programming skills
• Candidate must have object oriented analysis and design skill
• Can rapidly learn new technology tools, platforms
• Must be familiar with Vendor meeting facilitation
• Must have technical project management (tasking, staffing, planning, and scoping work), Sales proposal, Statement of Work development , Consulting Craft and facilitation/ presentation
• Must have knowledge in application development background
• Must have client management/ communication skills
• Must have back-end development skills, Internet development skills and good documentation skills
• Must be willing to work in Makati City
• Full time/permanent position available
