Software Developer / PHP Programmer

Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, test, and maintain existing web applications
-Evaluate, recommend and develop new features
-Produce clear and complete written technical specifications and other documentation as required
-Meet milestones and deliverable dates
-Communicate and collaborate with different team members and provide regular update on the progress with management
-Adhere to all software development standards and processes
Requirements:
-Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related degree
-Minimum 1 year experience with web-based projects
-Experience developing applications running ASP/ PHP, Java
-Experience with database applications using MSAccess, MySQL
-Experience with LINUX and Windows-based environments
-Experience with WEB 2.0 Technologies such as blogs, wikis
-Strong understanding of Object Oriented design
-Strong programming, networking and technical skills
-Ability to work independently and solve problems
-Good communication and organization skills
-Willingness to learn
-Team player
-Willing to work in Makati City
-Willing to work in a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends)
-Active Philippine passport, a plus
-Required language(s): English,Tagalog
