Job Description
• Responsible for managing the 24×7 Network Operations function within the iNOC.
• Respond to alarms viewed on monitoring tool within defined timelines.
• Work on ticketing for alarms & check for regular updates from concerned teams & service providers.
• Coordinate with Service providers & customers on issue status.
• Trouble-shooting for circuit issues faced.
• Interaction with US counterparts on issues & shift updates.
• Knowledge on Networking Fundamentals.
• Knowledge on Routing protocols & trouble-shooting. BGP basics to be clear.
• Responsible for problem escalation/notification to upper level management.
• Knowledge sharing within team-members.
• Identify problem areas and alternative solutions; implement effective and efficient plan changes and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of types of backup.
• Work on tickets for backup related issues & escalate to teams involved.

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of experience in information technology support
• Must have networking background (WAN / LAN) design, management and support.
• Nice to have entry level knowledge on Type of Backups.
• Nice to have experience in network load balancing devices.
• Nice to have experience in information technology strategy planning, administration, architecture design and technology assessment.
• Must have experienced in analyzing processing environments with focus on identifying improvement opportunities.
• Must have knowledge of Network Management tools and common data communication protocols such as SNMP.
• Must be willing to work in Makati City
