• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in computer systems or IT support
• Candidate must have experience in multiple areas within Information Technology including deskside support and server support, database support, help desk support, service delivery and IT asset management a plus
• Candidate must have experience in leading teams of personnel where no direct reporting lines exist
• Candidate must have experience with MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Access a plus
• Candidate must have familiarity with ITIL components and how they interact within IT a plus
• Candidate must have logical thinking and ability to evaluate a situation and/or data seeking patterns of performance and identifying solutions extremely important for this position
• Must demonstrated good communication and influencing skills
• Must have knowledge in excel spreadsheets a must including pivot tables
• Must be willing to work during US business hours (night shift)
• Must be willing to work in Alabang
• Full time/Contract position available
