Job Description
• Generate web metrics reports using HSBC systems
• Generate web assets reports for management reporting
• Perform analysis of web metrics based on industry standards
• Provide MI consultancy services to clients who seek advice on web metrics reporting strategy and implementation
• Keep abreast with web metrics and web development industry standards and best practices by research and attending regular training programs and seminars
• Work closely with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) specialists to deliver SEO marketing solutions
• Monetizing traffic on GPS managed websites and ensuring content planning is informed by web MI analysis results
• Provide insight from the findings, and advise a client on the implications for a website/content strategy
• Deal with group provided webtrends helpdesk to resolve technical and administrative issues associated with the software and implementation
• Deal with GPS tech team and CM team to ensure websites are tagged correctly, conducting reviews on this to assure quality.
Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidate must have at least 5-8 years of relevant/related working experience
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Must have advanced MS Excel user. Should know how to use pivot tables and manipulate large data sets
• Must be highly analytical and able to analyse data sets
• Must have attention to detail must be good, with ability to spot errors and inconsistent data in reports produced
• Strong knowledge of web MI reporting principles and techniques. Have a solid understanding of content management systems and e-commerce systems.
• Must have good command of web MI reporting software (WebTrends, SiteRay, Google webmaster tools)
• Must have working knowledge of pattern analysis and basic understanding of information architecture
• Must have knowledge of Interwoven TeamSite and LotusScript are preferred.
• Must have knowledge of HTML, CSS and strong Web MI analysis skills
• Must be proficient in research and analysis
• Must be a team player, responsible, has a independent attitude and willingness to learn
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills
• Must have strong command of both written and spoken English
• Must have strong attention to detail and can work under time pressure
• Must be structured, systematic working style
• Must maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere
• Must be available to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary
• Must have flexibility in working different shifts when required
• Must be willing to work in Alabang
• Full time/permanent position available
