Wordpress Expert
at Jenkins Internet Marketing LLC (Anywhere)
We’re looking for a Rock Star WordPress Webmaster for our web production team. You’ll work primarily on designing and managing our WordPress site. The ideal candidate will share our passion for design and development and have a genuine interest in building fun and usable experiences.
We are NOT looking for a work-a-holic to come in and to work all night and all day until they burn-out. We are strong believers in relaxation, having fun, family, and vacations.
We are also NOT looking for a “drone” who just checks off items from a to-do list… We want somebody who is so passionate about our business that they will WANT to think about how to make it better and not merely check off to-dos.
Responsibilities
• WordPress Updates and Plugin Updates
• WP Optimization
• WP Security
• WP integrations with other 3rd Party Shopping Carts and Autoresponders
• Backups and Redundancy
• Identify, design and implement all web design and development needs
• Identify and execute design requirements and specifications
• Design and implement a new Wordpress look and feel for the website
• Website security maintenance, update WordPress with all necessary patches and plug-in updates
• Respond to all general website email inquiries
Requirements
• Candidates must have a Vocational Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in any IT, Marketing or Business related field
• Excellent English communication skills
• Web/Internet/Social Media Savvy
• Creative and has a good eye for web design
• Familiarity in Direct Response Marketing
• Practical knowledge in Internet Marketing/SEO/SEM/Social Media Marketing
• With at least 1 maintaining a WordPress site
• With at least 3 years Web Master experience
• With at least 3 years web development experience using PHP/MySQL
• Above average proficiency CSS, HTML, Javascript and AJAX
Excellent Photoshop skills
• With experience in using website analytics tools
• Candidates must be willing to work in Pasig / Ortigas area
• Fast learner and able to take initiative and contribute beyond basic responsibilities
• Independent problem solver
• Willing to in shifts
