Proven knowledge of software test industry technologies, methodologies and tools
Knowledge of the development process
Adequate communication skills in English
Development level programming skills (Java or any other OOP language)
Self-starting and proactive regarding job duties
Enthusiasm and passion for testing complex software systems
Some knowledge of SVN (source control), ANT, and other development tools
Enthusiasm for following the latest Java technologies and 3rd party applications
Experience with at least 1 approach to Test Driven Development
Experience with Unit Testing of Java Applications
Experience with at least 1 Test Automation Framework
Must be focused and have more experience on performance testing
Experienced in Loadrunner or Mercury
