Job Description
The Web Developer will produce and create high quality Flash-based products, web pages, as well as related XHTML, CSS and JavaScript code, publish content online that fit project requirements and adhere to content and design guidelines as well as established industry standards and best practice.
Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidate must have 1-3 years of relevant/related working experience
• Must be highly proficient in HTML/XHTML and CSS and proficient with JavaScript. A conceptual familiarity with XML is expected. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is assumed
• Must have familiarity with Flash/ActionScript, Macromedia Studio, Adobe CS and video production is desirable but not essential
• Must have a flair for design, attention to detail and good command of UK English
• Must have good people skills and an enthusiasm for teamwork
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Must have strong command of both written and spoken English, strong attention to detail under pressure and ability to meet deadlines and structured, systematic working style
• Must have experience managing a team
• Maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere
• Must have flexibility in working different shifts when required
• Must be available to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary
• Must be willing to work in Alabang
• Full time/permanent position available
