URGENT! INBOUND TECHNICAL SUPPORT (DAY SHIFT)

We are urgently hiring for Technical Support Call Center Agents to join a team of experts providing inbound technical support for our Australian-based client. This is a DAY SHIFT account. Candidates must be available to start work ASAP. We provide great compensation and benefits to successful applicants.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

You must have EXCELLENT English communication skills
You must be tech savvy - someone who is knowledgeable with operating computers (basic) and mobile phones and other electronic gadgets
At least 6 months of Call center experience as CSR/TSR preferred but not necessary
You must have a WINNING and POSITIVE attitude!
You must be CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED and willing to learn!
