Business Analyst

Responsibilities
o Develop Client & Member Service Book of Business, Product and Maintenance eService
o Delivery Functional Requirements for Program and Product implementations, from Analysis to Construction Phases
o Partner with Business areas impacted by all initiatives to complete FRD processes
o Posses a working knowledge of eSD (pharmacy, client and member) WEB, POS, Client Profile, Eligibility, Pharmacy Systems, NRX, MAR,TMW, Alpha, QRX, etc and other applications supporting cross functional operation initiatives
o Assist in User Interface Designs, Technical Design Documents and Quality Assurance Test Conditions
o Work with Ops Tech training staff to outline communication materials associated with program / product launch and provide support post implementation
o Partner closely with Quality Assurance on development of test cases, and be able to crosswalk functional specifications with test scenarios, and be in position to sign-off on risks, and final status of implementation
o Perform Production Checkout for Monthly and Mid-Month releases
o Triage tickets on systemic and operational issues of the e Service Delivery application.
o Implement and test Client & Member Service Book of Business, Product and Maintenance Benefits At A Glance Requirements for Program and Product implementations, from Analysis to production
o Posses a working knowledge of eSD (pharmacy, client and member) WEB, Client Profile, Eligibility,
o Analyze, Develop, Implement and Test Co-payment Messaging
o Research and Support, document and update Benefits At A Glance/ Benefit Highlights ticket process, attend release and reliability calls when necessary
o Maintain Messaging tools and files by providing support for development upgrades and testing
o Support the release management process by attending and/or supporting process and meetings as well as creating LOEs running reports and correspondence with requestors of messaging
o Partner closely with various Development Teams on requirements, analysis and function design
o Development of project plans, timelines and deliverables with responsibility to ensure these deliverables are satisfied
o Develop and or revise reporting tools to support messaging processes
Technical Requirements:
o Ability to become application Subject Matter Expert
o He/She must have actual real time experience developing functional specifications
o Health care and claims processing is a very big benefit
o Working knowledge of Optimum Trace is required
o Understanding of SDLC process a must
o Self starter that can work on their own in a dynamic environment is required
Basic Qualifications:
o Must have at least 3-4 years experience in estimating or sizing application enhancements, writing functional requirements, working with development, QC and operational teams to ensure the requirements developed are validated and verified before deployment
