Job Description
• Analyzes business processes and perform needs assessments for systems solutions
• Participates in the creation of formal deliverables such as Business Requirements Document (BRD), Requirements Traceability Matrix, etc.
• Supports Development team in creation of required design documentation as well as other development activities
• Supports Test Team in creation and execution of Test Scenarios and Cases
• Participates in analysis and triage of Defects and Change Request requirements
• Participates in assigned work group meetings

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must have a BA or BS degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Business Management/Health Care Management
• Business Analyst Background. Must have 3 to 5+ years experience of Business Analyst background
• Lead Business Analyst Background. Must have 5 to 7+ years of Business Analyst background with People Management Experience
• Must have experience in Health Care and/or Insurance industry preferred
• Must have experience in areas of Health Care membership, claims, and provider management preferred
• Must have experience with creation of formal deliverables like Business Requirements Document, Test Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix, etc.
• Must have experience with SDLC and RUP methodologies
• Must have experience with Rational Tool Set for Requirements Management (DOORS, Requisition Pro, etc.)
• Must have ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation, verbal presentations, and interviews
• Must have ability to work in team environment
• Must have experience with onshore/offshore delivery model for technology solutions
• Experience with large scale enterprise solution projects such as ERPs, CRMs, etc.
• Big 5 or consulting or system integrator background preferred
• Lead Business Analyst Background: 5 to 7+ years of Business Analyst background with People Management Experience
• Must be willing to work in Pasay MOA
• 10 full time/permanent position available
