Job Description
The role will get you involved in all areas of product development and integration of different technologies which includes:
• System analysis & design
• System and enhancement development
• Database design and creation
• Unit ,system and regression testing
• Issue resolution
• Code review
• System delivery and support
• Directly interacting with the team and customers based in Australia
• Owning complex problems and finding solutions

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related courses
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prefer at least five (5) years work experience as a J2EE Software Developer
• Must have good knowledge of object-oriented concepts and design patterns
• Must be willing to hands-on and work with local and off-shore teams to deliver projects on the technical aspect
• Must have knowledge in analyzing requirements and functional specification and translate into design and program specifications. Be able to appreciate and understand user’s business domain to carry out design effectively
• Must be able to work independently as well as in teams
• Must have experience in delivering software systems involving securities trading, money market trading and SWIFT/OASYS connectivity is highly desirable.
• Java Certified is an advantage.
• Must have experience working with J2EE components, application server, MVC, and frameworks
• Must have experience using source code maintenance, continuous build and testing tools such as CVS, SVN, SubVersion, Maven, Ant and JUnit
• Must have strong in Hibernate, Springs and Struts implementation (any of the 3)
• Must have experience with any/all of following technologies; Basic Unix/Linux Skills, EJBs (Enterprise Java Beans), JDBC (Java Dabase Connector), Java Servlets, Oracle, SQL (Standard Query Language), XML, JUnit/DBUnit/Cruise Control, JSP (Java Server Pages), JavaScript, DHTLM, AJAX and WebLogic 10/8.2, Tomcat.
• Willing to work night shift in Makati City
• Full time/contract position available
