Job Responsibilities
• Effectively act as the Single point of Contact (SPOC) between the US Client, Operations team in Manila, and local IT Infrastructure group in order to streamline efforts when it comes to coordination works and troubleshooting of issues concerning Client applications, systems and networks
• Effectively communicate regular status updates to Operations and IT on ongoing projects or on any issues/concerns that is affecting the production floor
• Full knowledge of company IT policies and procedures and the ability to communicate this to the Operations team, and to enforce these policies and procedures in the production floor
• Consult regularly with end-users, with the local IT team and with the Client to resolve, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hardware & software components.
• Escalate application-related issues and problems to local IT team and to the Client, as and when needed, and in a timely manner

Job Qualifications
• Must be a College graduate of 4 or 5 year course
• Must have at least 2 years of work experience in a contact center or BPO environment
• Must have experience in IT Technical Support, Networking, Telecommunications, Telecoms and Servers.
• Must have background in MS Windows OS (XP, Vista and &), MS Applications (Office, Outlook, Exchange, etc), Aspect WPA and Cisco ICM (Geotel)
• Must be able to demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal relationship, positive attitude and influencing skills (verbal and written)
• Must be willing to work on night shift and in Libis, QC
• Full time/permanent position available
