Job Responsibilities
• Ensures a stable and functional production environment.
• Provides support services in the administration of R/3-related activities
• Provides SAP BASIS support including patches & fixes and performance monitoring activities.
• Troubleshoots system problems (both SAP and non-SAP)
• Supports the planning and execution of SAP version upgrades from a technical aspect.
• Participates with the Network Management group in providing SAP-related hardware specifications.
• Balances logon load.
• Works with the Technology Teams and Process Teams in the execution of stress testing, including identifying requirements and creating test scripts.
• Supports the Technology Team Lead and the Integration and Release Manager, providing SAP hot packages in coordination with project requirements.
• Provides 7×24 support (on-call)
• Performs status reporting
• Works with TDS to maintain and monitor batch jobs.
• Works with TDS to create backup/restore strategy and process for ERP-related applications.
• Works with Security team to securing the ERP-related applications including system passwords, OS passwords, etc.
• Assists as needed in the coordination of efforts with internal and external partners.
• Participates as needed in vendor hardware/system evaluations

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have at least 5 working years experience in Application design/development
• Must have 3 years experience in Database administration
• Must have 3 years in Project Management and BASIS
• Must have strong technical skills (hardware and software)
• Must have knowledge of SAP System Administration procedures
• Database Administration skills desired
• Basis and ABAP Support experience desired
• Operating system skills desired
• Must have basic company and process knowledge
• Must have basic understanding of SAP or APO or Vista
• Must be willing to work in Makati City
• Full time/permanent position available
