Job Responsibilities

• Support global and regional projects and daily requirements from users, provide trainings and do documentation as required
• Provide technical and business process supports to SAP FI module for Accounts Payable and Taxation
• Troubleshoot-to-resolve SAP issues and works with the Global BPT (Business Process & Technology) Teams to manage the solution via configuration and/or process workaround
• Document and manage issues via work order/incident management tool
• Responsible in managing and resolving defects/ bugs identified during each stages of project
• Participate in the planning, scoping and data gathering of current business requirements and analyze the information & realign the process to the global template
• Identify and resolve business gaps by looking into process solution and/or SAP OSS notes
• Provide Super User knowledge transfer trainings to Shared Service Center and local country users
• Ensure client service level and team process improvement requirements are established and achieved
• The number of users (Super User/End User) to support is about 45 across Asia & the number of incidents/work orders is 100 per month

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have strong knowledge in SAP FI –Accounts Payable and Tax
• Must have Project Management skills– Project lead for minor to medium size projects / Project support for large projects SAP enhancements, etc.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years support experiences for SAP in medium to large environment.
• Must have strong written and verbal English skills
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office & Outlook products, other support management software beneficial.
• Proactively to engage people from different cultures and geographical locations.
• SAP certification is well regarded
• Must have good level of understanding and knowledge on other FI/CO modules – Treasury/Cash Management, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, etc.
• Must be willing to work in Makati City
• Full time/contract position available
