IT Helpdesk Support Specialist
at DirectWithHotels Philippines Limited in Makati City
Responsibilities
- Respond to user questions and support requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoots workstation hardware, software and peripherals via telephone, IM or remote control
- Instructs users on basic workstation and software use
- Confers with ITS Manager to coordinate and schedule workstation installation, deployment and maintenance
- Prioritizes and organizes requests for service for IT support staff.
- Performs special projects as needed
- Performs other duties and assumes other responsibilities as delegated.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as IT help desk/support.
- Data-centric with open source computing environment experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any equivalent course
knowledgeable in different Operating System (Linux, Unix, Windows)
