Security Analysts

Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of Math, Science, or any IT-related course
0-3 years work experience preferably with Telco or IT (IT systems/network administration)
Training in PM, ITSM, InfoSec, Business Admin, & Quality
Knowledge in Networking (LAN/WAN) and Server Operating System (Windows, UNIX/Linux)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Reviews the following service requests for completeness of information:
System Access Request(SAR)
Request for Profiling(RFP)
Deviation Request(DR)
Executes or endorses service request once approval has been made
Reviews and screens request filed thru:
Information Access Request (IAR)
Privilege Password Retrieval (PPR)
Endorses/extracts/processes upon proper approval/validation/justification from other support/system owner/groups.
Records, generates, and transcribes raw data from SAR database
Create Change Request for any change enhancement for IAM Monitoring Tools and systems
Executes recommended corrective action for security incidents
Reviews list of defined users in a system (both Operating System and Application) and identifies the following:
Total number of users
Total number of dormant users
Total number of user accounts belonging to resigned employees
Total number of generic accounts
Total number of users with administrative privileges
Recommends user accounts that should be deleted from the system
Conducts validation from system owners and executes recommendations of the review
