Minimum Requirements:
Must be college graduate and have at least 2 year solid experience in IT technical support work covering PC/Printer support, Operating System(Windows and/or LINUX) administration, LAN/WAN network administration (TCP-IP, firewall, switches, router)and basic database administration (SQL, MSSQL , DB2 or Oracle).
At least 2 years working experience with Lotus Notes
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
Perform IT (PC, desktop, network, printer, peripheral devices, PC application) remote problem diagnosis and resolution in compliance to SLA.
Can substitute and perform as a Service Desk Analyst when necessary.
Start Date: Asap.
