Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, coordinate, and supervise development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problems.
• Contribute to or monitor the delivery of projects by doing system analysis and design, coding moderate to complex program modules, reviewing data models, designing architecture for software systems, designing appropriate testing methodologies, preparing and reviewing system and user documentation
• Act as interface between business units, technology teams and support teams
• Provide assistance to developers, testers and other support personnel as needed to determine system problems and/or requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in compiling and keeping to project plans by providing relevant and timely information pertinent to the project.
• Proactively identify potential issues, risks and/or subsequent business opportunities and inform the project manager.

• Provide inputs for scope of work and duration estimates

Requirements:

• Must have solid experience in VB6, C#.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET
• Must have five (5) years hands-on experience in Java, JEE, JSE, Spring, Hibernate, EJB, MVC, Struts, JSP, HTML, XML, UML, Servlet and other design patterns.
• Can act as interface between business units, technology teams and support teams
• Can translate business and technical solution and design to test cases, conditions and scripts and analyze test results.
• Must have strong presentation Skills, capable of facilitating small group discussion.
• Gathers, document, analyze, design and translate business and functional requirements to business, technical, application and operational solution and design.
• Experience in testing, certification and migration.
• Handle change management process.

• Must be amenable onshore assignment
