Internet Advertising Auditor

Responsibilities:
Monitor, explore, and audit Online Ads / Banners – including the sites they link to.
Identify malicious content, including malware (spyware, adware, viruses), to improve security.
Ensure that Online Ads adhere to our client’s guidelines and policies.
Respond to inquiries / concerns within required handling time following the standard guidelines set by the client.
Meet client expectations and performance goals. Improve customer satisfaction and overall service delivery.
Qualifications:
Basic IT knowledge (including Microsoft Office and different web browsers).
Above average proficiency in the English language (oral and written).
Must be flexible and willing to work in a regular office environment on a shifting schedule.
Open minded , hard working, willing and able to improve yourself.
Good team player.
