• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidate must have 3-5 years experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server in a Production Environment
• Must have high level experience in a 7×24 high availability environment
• Must have excellent incident solving, analytical and critical thinking skills – must be able to work with peers and customers to resolve issues
• Continuous improvement focus to continually review clients’ database environments with a standing goal of improving upon existing operations
• Must possess a good technical background with an ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams (server administrators, storage administrators, client application developers, etc)
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills – must be comfortable communicating with technical peers and customers
• Personal commitment to stay current with latest technology concepts
• A customer service attitude is essential
• Team player attitude is critical
• Must have excellent functional understanding and familiarity with database monitoring and capacity management
• Must have excellent functional understanding of Microsoft Windows Server technology
• Must be willing to work in Makati City
• 2 full time/permanent positions available
